Inherited from our ancient ingredients and starters, our soy sauce takes more than 100 days fermentation process combining well selected soy beans with unique Sunshine, Water, and Air in Southern China. Pearl River Bridge brand mushroom flavoured superior dark soy sauce has unique mushroom smells and tastes with dark brown color. It is ideal for cooking and marinating, adding coloring to the dishes. When add it in the dishes, it makes the food more attracting with golden brown color and wonderful smells. Not only can it be flawlessly used in Asian cuisines, it is also excellent for American cuisines.
