Collar/envoltura transparente para pastel de 3" x 500 pies.

Este envoltorio para pasteles se puede utilizar alrededor de los lados de postres y pasteles para sujetar el relleno de gelatina, mousse o pudín. Ideal para revestir moldes de postres helados, pasteles y repostería. Adecuado para agregar adornos de chocolate a los lados de un pastel glaseado o para hacer moños de chocolate. Este collar para pasteles también se puede cortar para envolver rebanadas de pastel, pasteles o postres de una sola porción para ayudar a evitar que se sequen. Este collar para pasteles se vende en un rollo de 500 pies.

Para hacer lazos de chocolate, simplemente corta el lazo a lo ancho y largo. Esparce el chocolate derretido por la tira de manera uniforme usando una espátula pequeña. Dobla el lado del chocolate hacia adentro y junta los extremos con los dedos. Cuando esté listo, retira la tira del cuello (guarda las tiras para la próxima vez). Ahora estás listo para colocar los lazos en un círculo, agregando más lazos en el medio para formar el lazo perfecto.
El collar también se puede utilizar para hacer un envoltorio decorativo de chocolate. Coloque chocolate sobre el collar y envuelva el pastel justo antes de que se endurezca por completo. Cuando esté listo para servir, retire el collar.
