La garantía de Frost no cubre productos dañados debido a negligencia o mal manejo. La garantía de Frost no cubre los costos de instalación o remoción. La decoloración de las piezas de acero inoxidable resultante de la exposición a entornos hostiles o productos químicos no se considera un defecto de fabricación o de material y no está cubierta por la garantía.
